Shipping Times
We ship all orders the next business day. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times—especially for international orders. Once the carrier receives your package, delivery speed is outside of our control.
Order Finality & Cancellations
All orders are final.
If you need to cancel, you must contact us before the stream starts.
Approved cancellations will incur a 4% cancellation fee.
Once the stream begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded, as packs are opened live.
What Gets Shipped
By default, only hits will be shipped.
If you would like additional cards (holo, reverse holo, uncommon, common, energy, or code cards), you must select Bulk Shipping at checkout.
Shipping Charges & Local Pickup
Shipping is charged at checkout for each order.
Any extra shipping charges after your first order will be refunded the following day.
If you are picking up your order at our shop, please select In-Store Pickup at checkout to receive free shipping.
